What is the Talent Program?
It is a paid program, organized and managed by Almacube designed for students, recent graduates and young professionals who want to have one (or more!) training and work experience in the world of innovation. The #talents can choose to pursue an innovation path within an established company or within an emerging company (start-up or spin-off).
How does it work?
- Apply online to participate in the Talent Program.
- Choose whether you want to pursue an experience in a corporate company, a start-up, or both.
- You will be contacted* based on your profile and open searches to present you with existing opportunities.
Which program do you choose?
Start-up Taste is Almacube’s program that allows students and recent graduates to gain paid work experience within a start-up company. This is a unique opportunity to discover what it means to innovate and experience a nontraditional work environment.
How does it work?
- Join the company with a regular 3/6 month employment contract
- Receive training and mentoring to learn the new job
- Engage part-time or full-time based on your availability
Embedded is Almacube’s program that allows students, recent graduates and young professionals to carry out paid work experience within an established company, devoting themselves to a specific innovation project.

- Join the company on a paid contract
